Our Process
From Your Doorstep to the Dumpster — Made Easy At EasyBin, we make trash day simple. Our uniformed valets collect your bagged trash directly from your doorstep, five nights a week.
- Collection begins promptly at your community’s scheduled time — usually around 8:00 PM.
- Place your bagged trash in the EasyBin-provided container outside your door before the scheduled pickup time.
- Bring your container back inside by 9:00 AM the next morning to keep hallways and breezeways clear.

Understanding Our Services
If your community partners with EasyBin, you’ll receive an EasyBin-branded waste bin when you move in or begin service. Our professional valet team provides doorstep trash pickup five nights a week (or more, depending on your community’s plan), following simple guidelines to ensure safe and clean collection.
Standard Service Guidelines
To keep your community clean and running smoothly, please follow these basic trash pickup rules:
- Maximum of 2 trash bags per night
- Bags must be tied and leak-free
- No loose trash or open containers
- No bulk items, sharp objects, or hazardous waste
- Bags should weigh no more than 15 lbs
- All trash must be placed inside your provided EasyBin container
- Trash should be set out before the scheduled pickup time
- Cardboard boxes must be broken down and bundled neatly
- Bring your container back in by 9:00 AM the next morning

No. Items like furniture, appliances, boxes of clothes, or electronics must be disposed of separately. Bulk trash is not included in valet pickup.
Please hold your trash until the next scheduled collection night. We’re unable to return for individual pickups.
Your community’s leasing office is responsible for assigning, distributing, and tracking EasyBin containers for residents. If you didn’t receive one or need a replacement, please reach out directly to your leasing office to request it.
Your community’s leasing office manages and tracks each apartment’s EasyBin container. The doorstep trash collection service was selected by your community management and is a required amenity for all residents.
For sanitary and aesthetic reasons, all trash must be placed in the provided container during pickup times. If you prefer not to use the service or have concerns, please contact your leasing office directly to discuss your options.
EasyBin is contracted directly by your property management, and we do not bill individual residents. If you have questions about fees, charges, or how the service appears on your lease or monthly rent statement, please contact your community leasing office for details.
